Delivery
Thank you for ordering from GWT. Here are questions relating to the delivery of your order.
Delivery time: Our standard UK shipping time is 5-7 working days. Please note that weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days.
Courier: Most orders will be shipped and tracked via DPD. You will receive a link by email to track your delivery through DPD. This will tell you the date and approximate time for your delivery.
Delivery charges: We have a flat rate postage charge of £4.95 per order. This helps to cover costs for packaging and delivery.
My order has not arrived: Please check first to see if you have had your DPD tracking email. This will give you helpful information about the delivery including if it was delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place. If you are waiting to receive your order after 7 working days, please call us on 01722 323 955.
BFPO: Yes, we deliver to British Force Post Offices, but only within the UK.
Next day: We do not offer a next day delivery service.
Overseas ordering: We are currently only accepting orders from the United Kingdom.
